The people on the frontline in the maintenance shop are for the most part are top notch. And why I say "most part" is only because the newer employees, the ones doing the oil/filter etc. work have not had for the most part are top notch. And why I say "most part" is only because the newer employees, the ones doing the oil/filter etc. work have not had the experience required to be rated as top rate. That is my opinion only. Plus I too know the Service Manager, Robbie, who does his best to watch over all 100% of the time. Personally, I have had only one instance where I felt the service was not up to par and I brought it to the service manager's attention can tell you it was handled immediately and correctly. More

Scheduled my truck for an oil change/tire rotation. Truck had 3 recalls on it. Had it scheduled at the same time to take care of those. Took it in to have them tell me that they can’t do the repairs fo Truck had 3 recalls on it. Had it scheduled at the same time to take care of those. Took it in to have them tell me that they can’t do the repairs for the recalls because they have to order parts…… They knew what recalls it was coming in for. Why were the parts not ordered when it was scheduled?? They had a week to get them ordered!! Not very happy that I have to schedule and take it in again to have those taken care of. What was the point of scheduling to have it done if they didn’t order the parts at the time of scheduling?? More

After a lousy experience with a different Chevy dealer, I thought I’d try Ed Morse as they also had a truck I was interested in. I first contacted Brian by phone. Shortly thereafter, I had a proposal in ema thought I’d try Ed Morse as they also had a truck I was interested in. I first contacted Brian by phone. Shortly thereafter, I had a proposal in email. He seemed sincere about working with us. When I got there the next day, we began the process although my wife couldn’t come until the weekend. I put $ down to hold it. By Saturday we had a truck thanks to Brian, his boss and Dan in finance. We’ve never had the finance part go so honest or smooth. Highly recommend. More
