I searched for months for a CPO Hyundai Kona for my son. I found an internet posting for a 2018 SEL model with only 7,500 miles - for a very competitive price as other local dealers. I had a 100 mile sear I found an internet posting for a 2018 SEL model with only 7,500 miles - for a very competitive price as other local dealers. I had a 100 mile search radius. I reached out to City World through Car Gurus at 10 PM and the sales manager Oscar Kienou reached out to me via email and telephone call by 10 AM the next day. I drove down to the Bronx to see the car in person. Everything as advertised and in web pictures. Oscar had me work with salesman Peter Back. Few bumps and bruises (as expected in a pre-owned car) that Peter said his detail team would take care of. I left a deposit and would return to see car once cleaned up. Returned a few days later, car was beautiful and detailed. Decided to purchase car that day - but realized I wasn't prepared as I didn't have my checkbook for the deposit. Peter Back offered to drive me to my bank so I could get a certified/cashiers check. Which we did. While we drove to/from my bank, Finance Manager, Tony Kim had already started my paperwork. Sat with Tony for less than 1 hour and had secured financing and purchased a very cost effective (and clearly explained) extended warranty. All done, drove the car home that day with NYS plates, no paper temp tags. I have purchased many vehicles and experienced many dealers - most recently Lincoln (twice), Genesis (Danbury), Nissan, Kia, Infiniti and BMW - this transaction at City World Hyundai was by far the most efficient and enjoyable. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I honestly have zero complaints and would certainly buy or lease another vehicle from City World Hyundai. More
