We are writing this letter to commend Mr. Erizardo “Eddie” Rodriguez, Mr. Ramon E. Tavarez, Mr. Tony Kim, Mr. Claudio Soriano, Mr. Peter Back and Kona. We have been to several car dealerships while l “Eddie” Rodriguez, Mr. Ramon E. Tavarez, Mr. Tony Kim, Mr. Claudio Soriano, Mr. Peter Back and Kona. We have been to several car dealerships while looking to either purchase or lease a vehicle. In those dealerships, we were greeted immediately by pushy salespersons who would not provide a price quote for a particular vehicle we were looking at until several hours later. In addition the pushy salespersons would tell us that the price on the internet did not include additional fees. This is a bait and switch gimmick, where the car dealerships advertised a car for a lower price and then tells you that the car price is higher than originally advertised. We were looking for a safe vehicle for our 17 year old son who just passed his road test. After researching online with Toyota, Honda and Hyundai, we decided that the Hyundai vehicles had the safest features. We were contacted by several dealerships from Bayside, New York, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut including Massachusetts. Every dealership was quoting several different prices. We went to visit some of the dealerships in our area that quoted a good price and when we showed up, the salesperson gave us a higher price. We called your dealership and spoke with your sales manager, “Eddie.” He gave us a price quote for a brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus. My husband and I visited your dealership yesterday. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Mr. Claudio Soriano who welcomed us. He offered us coffee and hot tea which we declined. We immediately felt comfortable. We informed Mr. Soriano that we were there to speak to “Eddie” and Kona. Mr. Soriano called “Eddie” and Kona to come over. Kona greeted us with a “Meow” and rubbed against the soles of our feet. Kona was very friendly. “Eddie” came over to greet us and we advised him that we were on the phone with him earlier and he provided us with a quote for a brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus. Eddie immediately stated that the quote was a solid quote and that he would honor the price over the phone. There was no gimmick and no games. Eddie assigned Ramon E. Tavarez to us who started all the paperwork. After all the paperwork was done, we met with Mr. Tony Kim to finalize our financing deal. Mr. Kim was straight forward and did not try to sell us additional maintenance or service contracts. We were not bombarded with any pushy sales gimmicks. After the finance was completed, Mr. Peter Back was extremely helpful in explaining the bells and whistles of our new car. We cannot say enough about your staff, every single person in your dealership was extremely professional looking and neat. Also your dealership was very clean. This is a reflection on your great leadership that sets the example for all dealerships and staff to follow! The staff that we interacted with was meticulous, thorough, detailed oriented, organized, knowledgeable and extremely personable and efficient. Your staff were instrumental in finding us the safest vehicle for our son. We know that he will be safe including myself and my husband in driving our brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus. We also thank you for having excellent staff and for our brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus. What a pleasant experience we had at your dealership. It made buying a vehicle so easy. We will definitely recommend your dealership to our friends and family that are looking to buy or lease because we know they will get the best sales service. More
