Steven De Le Campa seemed to be a very nice honest man, I thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. He said that he had another one the same year, but thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. He said that he had another one the same year, but with a little more mileage. We drove it & agreed on a price. A few days later we came to pick it up & we 1st noticed that it was not shined up & prepped, which we thought was odd.. We drove it home, parked it in our driveway. We walked around it so we could admire it & saw that it had a pretty big dent in the back. We were never told about the dent & we feel like we were taken advantage of because we are senior citizens, which is terrible. More

If you want to get good service, and to feel comfortable while purchasing a vehicle without feeling like you're being preassured, seek out Bobby Harvey. I originally did my research on what car I wanted to while purchasing a vehicle without feeling like you're being preassured, seek out Bobby Harvey. I originally did my research on what car I wanted to test drive before showing up, and Bobby Harvey showed me exactly what I was looking for. I did not expect to purchase a car so fast, but Bobby made the process easy and even went to the extent of teaching me how to use features in the vehicle when test driving it. He did not make me feel pressured to purchase either, which is pretty common when vehicle shopping. No offense to everyone else, but Bobby rocks! I am very glad and relieved he was the first salesman I encountered when entering the dealership. Just to give Peter a shoutout, too. He was still training when going through the signing process, and did a wonderful job! More

From having a deal worked out before we arrived to see the vehicle, to accommodating our needs during the financing process, this was the best experience we've had at a dealership (and we've purchased A LOT of cars)! Bo from the Finance Team was also great as usual (we've worked with him before). All in all, the team here gave us the ideal trade-in and car-buying experience! More
