DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER ESPECIALLY WITH LAMISE BADARNEH OR PETER FIRESTONE! I'd give them a zero star rating if that was possible because of their dishonesty and shameless greed. I spoke with the internet sales manager (Lamise Badarneh) before making the one hour drive to the dealership, and she assured me that the dealership would honor the Costco pricing plus options because it was New Years Eve (Ms. Badarneh said that she confirmed this with another manager). I was offered the Costco pricing previously from this dealership but it had been awhile so I wanted to make sure that they'd still acccept it. Ms. Badarneh didn't even work with us when we got to the dealership. She handed us off to a different sales associate named Dayne who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dayne was wonderful but I don't have anything nice to say about his colleagues. The manager (Peter Firestone) was the one who we discussed the details with on the numbers. Ms. Badarneh confirmed with Mr. Firestone (after I got her attention while she was walking past us) that we were supposed to get the Costco pricing plus options added to the price once we started talking numbers. We were willing to pay the sticker price plus the options that they loaded onto the price which was much more than the Costco price, but this thief (Firestone) tried to convince us to pay $5,000 over sticker price. In his words, "we don't have a lot of inventory to sell so the market allows us to add to the price." He then stated "I'm sorry that you were lured all the way down here based on false pretenses because we can't offer you the Costco pricing." They also tried to rip us off on the price for the trade-in. It was a terrible experience to say the least. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR DISHONEST SALES TECHNIQUES AND GREEDINESS! More

And the salesman Victor I spoke to ended up being a internet sales guy that wasn’t there either and know one there knew what cars I was talking about or knew who Victor was! It was very disappointing especially driving over an hour in traffic to go look at something that’s wasn’t there not to mention my 16 year old daughter was with me and the car was supposed to be her first car. I felt horrible. Salesman just lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in there in hopes you buy something else I guess! very xxxxty system!!! Don’t waist your time!!! More
