The Cayenne had a flat tire from a freak situation, after just 300 miles. Pawel responded to my text inquiry immediately, assisted me in getting Porsche Roadside Assistance to the spot, and shepherded the car through the process of getting a repair completed promptly and the car back in my hands. Napleton Porsche a pleasant buying experience I recently purchased a new Porsche's 2015 Macan-S from Napleton Porsche. I was very impressed by this dealership the minute I walked through the door I recently purchased a new Porsche's 2015 Macan-S from Napleton Porsche. I was very impressed by this dealership the minute I walked through the door even though the place was cluttered with luxury cars. The staff was helpful and the front desk manager, Dora was very cordial and my experience just got better and better. What impressed me most was the low key, no pressure approach from my salesman, Ron Channel. I had his undivided attention from the first to last visit and all subsequent inquiries were answered in person or on the phones with no pressure. This was the case with previous dealerships I visited that week. I mentioned to Ron of my uncertainty of the Porsche’s new SUVs quality since I never owned an SUV/sport car. I was a bit "technically challenged" on Porsche vehicles specifically on the newest SUV Macan, and my biggest concern was learning the handling about all the whistles and bells that came with it. Ron took me for a number of test drives and spend a great deal of time pointing out the many features the different type of Macans. He was most helpful in putting the right SUV since there were many options that could be had with the Macan-S. He was able to place me into the Macan types and options that I felt the most comfortable with. After the sale, Ron spent lots of his time for the better part of late afternoon even after the dealership closed. He went over every feature in my new new Macan-S, from the Navigation system to the audio controls. Ron also let me test drove a new Cayman-S with time to spare in the late afternoon on a weekend. All my questions in layman's terms about this new Porsche were answered, even he assisted me programming key features from my previous Lexus trade into my new Macan-S. The seats were adjusted with Ron’s help, the radio pre-sets were also adjusted. All in all, I have been very happy with the whole buying experience and, the follow up by Ron, especially he was adamant not to drill the front license plate because it marred the look of the vehicle. Ron Channel has been wonderful Sale Professional, thank you Ron and the staff at Napleton Porsche at Westmont. More

Out of State purchase, excellent experience This was my first time buying a car by just looking at a picture and from out of state and I couldn't have been more pleased. As crazy as it may sound This was my first time buying a car by just looking at a picture and from out of state and I couldn't have been more pleased. As crazy as it may sound, I bought a car (2006 MERCEDES BENZ CLS55 AMG) from out of state at NAPLETON PORSCHE, 201 E Ogden Ave, Westmont, IL 60559 while I was in Lynnwood, WA by just looking at a picture on their website, without test driving or inspection of any kind and everything went well to my satisfaction. I put all my trust on my salesman Ron Channell by asking a lot of questions and this guy is always available and willing to answer any question I may have had. He explained everything very clearly and he will only tell you the truth no matter what, If he doesn’t have an answer he will try to find it. There were no games or gimmicks and no high pressure sales tactics. .Ron was very pleasant to deal with and very friendly. My sales man Ron Channel was a true gentleman and continued to communicate with me for the entire time - He is super knowledgeable about not just cars but was honest which made it easier for me to trust his judgment. When it came time to do paperwork he was very clear on what I needed to expedite the process. He made the whole thing very painless. I look forward to working with him in the future!! I love my new car! I had the chance to communicate with the General Manager Jeff Witham as well and I'm more than impressed which make me to believe that the culture of such professionalism i experienced from my salesman is from the top management as I received from the General manager Jeff Witham. With my experience, this gentleman proved himself to be an exceptional person, respect and value all customers far or near. He was so kind, down to earth and respectful. They even shipped me a set of wheels to my home free of charge. He absolutely treated me as a valued customer. More
