During those 8 years I've been extremely happy with Jose Espejo as my service rep for my 2010 Volvo, and over the past few months with Peter Larson regarding purchasing a new or certified Volvo. During that time, Peter spent a good deal of time answering my many questions about car features, and last week helped me to test-drive and purchase a certified 2021 Volvo. He also took the time to print out a good deal of information about the car, which was helpful. Now I just have to study the owner's guide to figure out all the new functionality! More
