Peter was firm but fair during the negotiation process, and while he was willing to make concessions, he also clearly knew his stuff with respect to the vehicle's value. Definitely the polar opposite of the typical car salesman. Overall, I commend him most on his unparalleled level of knowledge of the vehicle, along with a great degree of friendliness. I would also like to thank Eddie Reyes for assisting us in the trade in and negotiation process. Eddie was very easygoing and kind. Wyman Chow in the finance office was also exceptional. She made the actual buying process easy, and worked with us to come up with a plan that suited us best while also offering us a great deal on a vehicle care package we would have otherwise not purchased given the price. Overall, the dealership was great. They really do make you feel like part of the Volvo family, and all of the staff were great to work with. They obviously are running a business and are trying to make money, but this dealership struck a perfect balance between being all about the bottom line and actually caring about and making it work for the customer.
