

A native of London, England, Peter Mapp has enjoyed more than 40 years in NE Ohio. His passion for the car business began in 1991 and his vision of creating 10 year positive memories for his clients is fundamental to all aspects of his Lexus dealerships operations. An avid Cleveland sports fan, Pete also has a passion for the game of soccer. Residing in Medina, his daughter Kylie is graduating with her degree in Hospitality Management at Kent State University, while his son, Alex, an Ashland University Graduate continues to chase his dreams in his 5th season of playing professional soccer in Finland. Mapp also enjoys running with his 2 dogs, Bentley and Bruno at our beautiful Metro Park system and is actively involved in a wide variety of fundraising initiatives serving on The Steering Commitee for Cleveland Clinic's Velosano, The Executive Leadership Board for The American Cancer Society and The Corporate Alliance Commitee for Akron Children's Hospital.

This was not my first car purchase, nor was it even my first luxury car. But this establishment and this team made me feel like it was. Mostly because this location is THE standard of how a customer exper first luxury car. But this establishment and this team made me feel like it was. Mostly because this location is THE standard of how a customer experience should be. Pete, Sam, John and the entire team were overwhelmingly helpful, understanding, and solely focused on delivering us exactly what we agreed upon and beyond. Sam made every step of the purchasing process effortless and enjoyable. The dealership was buzzing with customers and he was able to even surprise us with an unexpected and heart warming celebration for our purchase with the entire team for my family, including my young children, who now must think every purchasing experience is like this. It isn’t. Every feature, perk, and amenity offered here makes you feel like so much more than a sale, and honestly I don’t think they ever referenced my purchase as such, because it wasn’t just a transaction, it was a collaborative solution and that’s the point. Lexus has a lifelong customer and brand ambassador. This team and location deserve every sale and award that’s available to them. Top class product sold by a top class team. More
