In all honesty there were NO negotiations and we went through said process willingly.
We were not offered anything in the way of even a bottle of water during the near 3hr. plus process....
In the "afterglow" of this purchase and upon reflection a few daze later, Hillside Honda is 100% Pro. BUT lacked any concern for the client... Hillside is about the SALE and moving product, PERIOD.
Frankly, I think Hillside could have thrown in some floor liners at the very least...
That my honest opinion.
I am however grateful, the process did go fairly quickly as we compromised on our color choice in the end...
