There were services that I had completed at another shop last year that still appeared on the list of items Heiser recommended. It appears the technician who completed the service on my vehicle neglected to last year that still appeared on the list of items Heiser recommended. It appears the technician who completed the service on my vehicle neglected to check or verify if those services were still needed. There were some new items listed also. Because of this I am very reluctant to return the Heiser Toyota for any future services. More
