i was called by heiser lincoln Mercury and missed the call so i called back and didn’t get the person that called me talked to a lady that was very argumentative Can you with me on the phone. i will be calling the CEO Mary Ann Scaffidi on Monday about the situation not at all happy with this lady …i’m not going to argue about my experience and what service i asked for, I also asked to speak with the lady’s supervisor and she argued with me about that as well and didn’t let me talk to her supervisor so i had to hang up i never received a call back from supervisor either…… totally unexceptional

I think my experience was average. I was in for tire rotation and multi point inspection. It took 1 1/2 hours which was pretty long. Peter was not that friendly and didn't impress me. More
