I contacted Infiniti and was transferred to Peter. I explained what I wanted and expressed my interest. He communicated with me throughout the week and we discussed setting an appointment. Peter Smith got this sale because he acted as if he wanted it. We didn't get that feeling from the other dealerships we looked at.
