Great customer service This is my third Mercedes lease in 5 years. My last 2 Mercedes were from another dealer in the area, and although I always loved my car, I did not fe This is my third Mercedes lease in 5 years. My last 2 Mercedes were from another dealer in the area, and although I always loved my car, I did not feel that the sales or service at that dealership were up to par. I was paying Mercedes prices and getting Ford service. The prices are slightly higher at Mercedes Coral Gables than the other dealership, but I guess you have to pay a bit more for better service. From first meeting Peter Warwar, he was professional and responsive. He patiently answered all of my questions, and got answers from others when he did not know (instead of just giving me a wrong answer or no answer the way many people do when they do not know). He listened to everything I wanted and needed. Ultimately, he found the car with all the options I wanted except it was Palladium instead of Irridium. But since Irridium is my favorite Mercedes color, he said, "Let's just order it custom made for you." It never occurred to me that I could get one custom built for me, and I thought it would make it more expensive or take too long. But Peter said that custom order does not affect the price, and it only took 2 months for me to get my perfect car (1 month earlier than anticipated). I just picked up my car this week, and Peter has followed up answering all of my questions about new features that were not in my last Mercedes, even well into the evening. He is a great person, focused on the relationship, not just selling you the car now. As a sales professional myself, I can appreciate the investment and attention he puts into the relationship with his customer. As I mentioned, this dealership is a bit more pricey than my last one, but they pay you back in service and support. MB Coral Gables is where you want to go for the full Mercedes experience. More
