Petr was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was extremely patient, showed us various options, and clearly explained all the differences between models. During the test drive, he highlighted all the key upgrades compared to my older car, making sure my husband, my daughter, and I had all our questions answered. He was so attentive, offered us water, and, most importantly, was honest and transparent.. When he brought over the quote, it was clean, self-explanatory, and direct, without thousands of dollars in hidden add-ons or unexpected fees. We felt genuinely cared for and were happy to do business with him. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Fares Aqleh in Finance took care of us. Fares was a total professional, super efficient, thorough, and clear with his explanations. The entire atmosphere at Victory Honda of San Bruno is welcoming and bright. The dealership has a great natural light across the open space design, and every employee we saw had an authentic, happy smile. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great customer experience. Lo más preocupante no fue solamente el problema con el vehículo, sino la manera en que el dealer decidió manejar la situación: poca disposición para encontrar una solución, falta de comunicación clara, respuestas contradictorias y una actitud que hace sentir al cliente completamente abandonado una vez que ya tienen su dinero. Uno espera que un dealer autorizado por Honda respalde la reputación de la marca y trate a sus clientes con seriedad. En este caso ocurrió exactamente lo contrario.
