Lo más preocupante no fue solamente el problema con el vehículo, sino la manera en que el dealer decidió manejar la situación: poca disposición para encontrar una solución, falta de comunicación clara, respuestas contradictorias y una actitud que hace sentir al cliente completamente abandonado una vez que ya tienen su dinero.
