They could have said just come back so my husband wouldn’t have to wait 4 hrs! Or maybe not have an appointment option that say waiter if it means drop off or all day appointments! Lo más preocupante no fue solamente el problema con el vehículo, sino la manera en que el dealer decidió manejar la situación: poca disposición para encontrar una solución, falta de comunicación clara, respuestas contradictorias y una actitud que hace sentir al cliente completamente abandonado una vez que ya tienen su dinero. Uno espera que un dealer autorizado por Honda respalde la reputación de la marca y trate a sus clientes con seriedad. En este caso ocurrió exactamente lo contrario.
