I made a deal with Camryn for sale price of a used F-250 yesterday. I decided to do a trade in however did not have the vehicle so in order to honor the estimated trade in value I had to bring my trade in for inspection today which was no problem. I get there and they finish my inspection and decide to honor the trade in value to what Carmax would offer. The manager working today (different from the previous day) says the list price is the sale price even though the sale price was agreed upon the previous day and initialed! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! I came all the way from Mesa and prefaced on the initial day that we would agree to a sale price first before pursuing the conversation any further. We came to one, and had it approved, and the following day that offer is rescinded after I brought my trade in vehicle in per their instruction. Absolutely Wild! I was prepared to buy and now they blew it. This is a prime example as to why people don't trust car salesman and dealerships.
