Then, they tried to push a different color at the same price or a “deal” on a higher-trim model, which felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating and unprofessional. I was ready to roll, but their shady tactics killed the buying opertunity. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and got the exact truck I wanted and they beat the price that Surpise Ford had agreed on with me on. Save yourself the hassle—shop somewhere that respects your time and commitment.

I have basically been dismissed by everyone at this dealership. I have put my total review on YELP, Google business reviews and have sent a formal letter to the Better Business Bureau. Ford filed my complaints and after viewing the reviews on YELP, I see that both Suprise Ford and Peoria Ford are rate 2 of 5. All other Ford dealers receive at least a 3. I expect nothing from this dealership, I ordered my own wheel locks and the 80 dollar check will stay lost in space. My only positive is that after my VP heard my horror story, he chose to buy 12 Silverado fleet vehicles instead of Ford.
Very nice, clean, good people.
