Also, we found a specific car with a listed VIN from an ad and that was the vehicle that we were sold/leased, no "bait and switch" type of deal. Very refreshing and reassuring that we came to the right place. Finally, once we had all the paperwork done, since we were getting a full EV, the staff took the time to basically train us on all the features of the vehicle. Incredibly helpful as there are many new features and amenities to an EV that we needed to be aware of before driving off for both safety (in driving) and comfort. All around a great experience. Very happy. More
