A few months ago, I saw one of these beasts in the wild and fell in love. Apparently, the Kia sportage is designed after my soul, because I used to own a Kia sportage, and I loved it while I had it. After several months of randomly seeing THIS exact model/color and loving it more every time- I decided to look into it and track one down at a dealership. I wanted to sit in one, drive it and see if I was romanticizing this, or if it was worth considering… The only dealership in the state that had the color I was looking for was so far away that it didn’t even come up in my first search… once I expanded my search, @premierkiact in Branford popped up. So… off to Branford I went. I walked in and explained that I did not need a new car, I simply just like the sportage and think I might want one- but I’d only do it if they could meet me where I wanted to be with payments…I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. I brought the kids with me because they’re really into cars lately. I also knew it’d keep me from being impulsive and buying a car…as soon as they got into it I knew they’d be no help at all in the impulsivity department. They loved it. I loved it. A lot, like… was waaaay more impressed than I expected to be. The kid that got stuck with us (Cristopher) was such an awesome human to work with. Like the kind of human that I want all of you to go buy your next car from (him specifically) anyway, solid kid; young,super polite, and soooo awesome to my kids the entire time. The sales manager (Mario) was also very kind and accommodating: the guy worked his tail off to get the numbers where I wanted to see them. He kept good on his word. Did the EXACT number we agreed on and I was super happy… so of course, I got the freakin car. This was better than a great experience. I was able to show my kids how a proper business deal is done. It was such a positive life experience for them that I am extra grateful for the opportunity. This set the tone for them for the rest of their lives when it comes to making a car (or large) purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of individuals to demonstrate a professional transaction to my 7 & 9 year old boys. Thanks again Mario, Phil and especially Cristopher! You were all a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be sharing my experience in several places. These guys deserve it! More

Going through options and pricing was straight forward, and I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed. I had a great experience with Premier Kia.
