Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and we were offered various options for acquiring the EV6 but never felt pre had all the information we needed. Romello was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He explained as many of the EV6 features and functions as possible in the time that we had. He also did it with kindness and respect and never made us feel overwhelmed by the complexities of this very high tech car. He also made it clear that we could come back for refresher sessions if needed. Overall, we had a very positive and satisfying experience learning about and taking the EV6 home! More

Alden was straight forward, easy to work with and came back with getting me what I wanted along with a very fair trade in value for my current vehicle. He checked in with me at home and made himself available if I needed anything else from him. Philip was also very easy to work with. When I had a small hiccup he was very accommodating and was willing to fit me in his schedule any day I could make work, which was very appreciated. Romello was also quick, efficient, and kind in his delivery of all the new tech in my car and going over any questions I had! Overall I had a great experience at Premier Kia and I think it is important to note my vehicle was sold at MRSP and they had my car available to test drive without ordering or waiting for a shipment. I visited 2 other dealerships with no cars in stock, so this was also a big selling point! More

I just purchased a fabulous Sorento a few weeks ago and I have been loving it. I have always been very hesitant about car dealers but I was pleasantly surprised with Kia of Branford.
