Phil Falzarano helped me with my purchase of a car! He was super sweet, knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful throughout the entire process! A wonderful person in general. HOWEVER, financing is SUPER sk He was super sweet, knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful throughout the entire process! A wonderful person in general. HOWEVER, financing is SUPER sketchy my almost $28,000 dollar loan was turned into a $36,250 dollar loan. With added on things I declined at time or purchase. I went to Mazda and waited over 2 hours to speak with finance to make sure the corrections were made after asking for the exact amount it was fixed to. Tyler in finance did not help me. Knowing I was there waiting. This isn’t a minor mistake but a HUGE mistake that was taken lightly. And what a disgusting way to handle business. I will never buy a car from here again and I will make sure I tell everyone about my experience in hopes they will never buy a car from here either so that this doesn’t happen to them. I have seen that this has happened to many. So if you plan to come in Please do your research and check your loan multiple times after submission by the dealer. If you’re able to find your own financing and come in with it in hand. This is your livelihood! More
