Overall great experience with Colonial. Went in for oil & airbag recall and Phil asked if anything else was an issue. I had to have the back seat latch serviced post purchase and it didn't Went in for oil & airbag recall and Phil asked if anything else was an issue. I had to have the back seat latch serviced post purchase and it didn't seem right. They addressed it no questions asked as well as provided a video as to how it functions. Thank you Phil and Colonial. That is how Customer service should function! More

Great experience by all involved. Phil was great with setting expectations and timelines, and staying in touch with updates.
