The service writers are doing their best BUT, after one week (I know two major holidays) car is not fixed. I am very concerned about the cost of this repair that they are unable to find. Overall great experience with Colonial. Went in for oil & airbag recall and Phil asked if anything else was an issue. I had to have the back seat latch serviced post purchase and it didn't Went in for oil & airbag recall and Phil asked if anything else was an issue. I had to have the back seat latch serviced post purchase and it didn't seem right. They addressed it no questions asked as well as provided a video as to how it functions. Thank you Phil and Colonial. That is how Customer service should function! More
