Audi Ontario service....WOW!! Recently went in for my second service and was GREAT again as always! Miles, Chris D., Ian, Chris O, Jake and Phil as always very accommodating and respectful of my time. second service and was GREAT again as always! Miles, Chris D., Ian, Chris O, Jake and Phil as always very accommodating and respectful of my time. Parts were ordered in advance so my car which I thought would take for ever to be ready was done in less then 24 hours and in the interim they provided an ETRON loaner for me versus other dealers who provide me a lessor vehicle (A3 or A4 ) in lieu of my Audi ETRON in service. Keep in mind all named above are not all my service advisors but always make themselves readily available if I ever have a need and at my disposal to help make my visit both enjoyable and quick! Highly recommend anyone in need of EXCELLENT service experience with Audi! More

I'd like to start by saying thank you for the excellent service that was exhumed by the staff at Walter's Audi of Ontario. I dealt with the service manager as well as had the extreme pleasure of the outsta service that was exhumed by the staff at Walter's Audi of Ontario. I dealt with the service manager as well as had the extreme pleasure of the outstanding service by Jake Narasky. He not only orchestrated an Audi loaner vehicle being driven to my residence, but personally drove my vehicle back at the conclusion of the service. This was extremely courteous and as it turned out necessary. I had major back surgery a week prior and was immobile. So I truly appreciate everything. More
