In  January 2021 asking about a new traverse premier redline edition I wanted one more option a engine block heater and they said that they do not make it and I gave them the option code to it and they said NO they did not make any effort to look into any further so I walked away. I made it to  Colonial South Chevrolet were I met Philip we sat down and he took his time to try to locate one for what I wanted and could not find one so we sat down and we built one the way I wanted it's been a long journey at no fault to Colonial I got stuck in the chip shortage but we finally got one thank you Philip you deserve the 5 star rating More
