I had a great experience with these 2 salesreps. They made my overall experience both comfortable and easy. He showed us what was on the lot and explained the many different options. Tim was verry knwldgeable and a great help.We ended up buying one that was on the showroom floor.After the sale was complete Tim made sure the car was detailed and went over all of the options again with my wife. Excellent service! Phil took me through every possible option there was. I am totally impressed with the Ford brand and the technology they are now equipment. After receiving my new Focus, I noticed some option there was. I am totally impressed with the Ford brand and the technology they are now equipment. After receiving my new Focus, I noticed some minor marks on the ceiling, the service department was quick to clean them and even set me up with my first service appointment. I will be returning to them for our next Ford in November of this year! More

Well, let me say I will never shop at another dealership. Kelly Ford has me as a customer for life thanks to Phil Pettus. What a great guy, he makes you feel comfortable unlike every other dealership I wen Kelly Ford has me as a customer for life thanks to Phil Pettus. What a great guy, he makes you feel comfortable unlike every other dealership I went to with my wife. He told us about this van maybe about a week after contacting him about what we needed. He nailed it, exactly what we needed. The van is perfect, it had a strip on it that my wife and I didn't like, they took it off for us. If you want to be treated good and know your now going to get ripped off I recommend very highly that you buy from Kelly Ford. More

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE. PHIL WAS AN OUTSTANDING SALESMAN. WE STARTED THIS PROSCESS IN OCT WHILE WE WERE IN MONTANA BY PHONE ON PURCHASING AN ESCAPE. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. I contacted Phil after working with a different Ford dealer. He listened to my frustrations with the other dealer and got started right away looking for the vehicle we were trying to buy. He mentioned t dealer. He listened to my frustrations with the other dealer and got started right away looking for the vehicle we were trying to buy. He mentioned that there was a used vehicle on the lot that may work, so ultimately I went to take a look at it. He realized my knowledge about the vehicle so he did not try to sell me on the features. He simply let me take it for a test drive. Afterwards we went inside and worked out a deal. I never felt pressured or felt he was trying to "sell" me on my decision. Because of his approach, a normally frustrating process was smooth and easy. Thank you Phil for a great car buying experience. We are extremely happy with our purchase. More
