I just purchased my sixth car from Wantagh Mazda. I am nothing but completely satisfied with the buying experience and with the service of this dealership. We've owned 2 3's, one 6, one CX7, one CX8 and nothing but completely satisfied with the buying experience and with the service of this dealership. He's answered all of our questions and, because he has gotten to know us as a family he is able to provide advise about things we might not even think to ask questions about. We came to the dealership with a Capital One blank check after a poor experience with a different local dealer (not a mazda dealer). We were really looking to buy the CX7 but our salesman, Phil, suggested after a poor experience with a different local dealer (not a mazda dealer). We were really looking to buy the CX7 but our salesman, Phil, suggested that we test drive the CX9. During the drive, Phil explained that for really not much more, the CX9 would probably be a better fit for our family. The CX9 was little too expensive for us but Phil then pointed out that the 2010 models had very significant rebates, bringing them back in line with the 2011 CX7 pricing. This was a win for us. Phil searched the local inventory and explained our options. We selected a CX9 that was located at another dealer. Phil took a small deposit and worked with the competing dealer to secure the car. Once he had the car we wanted, he drew up the paperwork EXACTLY as he explained. He took back my current lease and committed to returning to ALLY. This took nearly three months for ALLY to arrange to a pickup but Wantagh kept my leased car secure until ALLY set the pickup. Overall, a great experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away (three total visits). I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer and this saleman. More

I absolutely HATE going new car shopping. Afetr Saturn closed, I never thought I'f find a dealership that would treat me right. I'm happy to say that I found that special dealership in Wantagh Mazda. Phil thoroughly explained each step of the transaction and never made us feel pressured. There was no hard selling, no "I've got top talk to my manager" stuff. He went out of his way when he picked up the car to go through all the bells and whistles on the care despite it being a cold rainy night the dsy before Thanksgiving. He was even courteous enough to park the car in the closed service department so we could be warm and dry while going through the car. Danny helped us secure a loan at a great rate. He even helped us with getting my insurance company fax over our insurance cards when our insurance company was being less than helpful. He didn't pressure us at all to buy an extended warranty. Thanks to Wantagh Mazda, Phil and Sanny for making something that I looked as forward to as a root canal pleasurable without any regrets. More
