Phil was able to give me a competitive quote over the phone. He promised that the price he quoted me would not change, and that he could produce the car in my first color choice. He delivered on his promises - I wound up paying exactly what he initially quoted me, and he was able to get the exact car that I wanted from Pennsylvania in a matter of 24 hours.
