Sam Zaidan went step by step in helping me through my first time buying a car on my own. He was patient, thorough with explaining every time I was to sign my name, explained all the offerings on the car. first time buying a car on my own. He brought me to Phil Scott who understood my concerns and made sure I knew what I was signing. I began to feel confident about my decision to buy the RAV4. Then, when the car was ready for my to take possession, Sam sat in the car with me and explained every single button, plus the mirrors, the lock, the radio, seat position and locking it in. He even set me up with my favorite radio stations, got a cord to connect my cell phone to the car to get telephone numbers, then pressed the four people to cll on the screen, showed me how to get directions, then pressed home. Best of all, he made me do it myself. Sam was patient and gave me easy to understand instructions. I thanked him and he said he was just doing his job. But he really did more because it was the way he did it: With a smile, encouragement, reassurance and the desire that he wanted me to be able to enjoy all that my RAV4 had to offer. Sam has my recommendation! More
