Carlos was so kind and really no other dealerships even came close to the deal and price that he offered. Greg Tufankjian is the most personable dealership owner who really takes it upon himself to directly help all of his clients. He checked in many times to make sure my experience at Braintree Toyota was a positive one. Phil in financing was so helpful too, working to complete my deal quickly and efficiently with no details missed. He did not try to persuade me to get one of a different color. When he and Phil (finance manager), dealt with my sister over the payment for the car, again a good experience. I had attempted to get this car at another dealership and had a poor experience. Bui knew what I wanted and Carlos got for me. Toyota Braintree has a great employee in Carlos and just want him to get recognition for the great job he did. More
