I went for an oil change last week and I was the last person leaving. As I was walking to my car, I saw there was a dent on the passenger side near the front tire and it wasn’t there before. My car is 4 years old and it has less than 7900 miles on it, and I park her in a secure tent garage. I tried to ask about it and was told that it could have happened anywhere and was told the name of the dent company. I haven’t had time to write a letter to the dealer yet. Prior to the oil change, I had gotten a very nice offer from a different dealer to purchase my car for almost as much as I originally paid. I don’t think I’ll be offered that amount now that my car is dented. I think the jellybeans & free drinks/ popcorn are a nice touch-(sometimes there’s Jimmy Johns if you are there before lunch) But I really wish that Beaver Chev didn’t stop the complimentary car wash & vac service, to me that was a wonderful concession since I can’t take my car to automatic car wash places because of the model (Camaro SS 1LE) honestly I wouldn’t want to anyway.. I hand wash my car so that I can make sure she’s clean and dent/scratch free. Ooh! I meant to ask Evan if the techs could please put on clean gloves before getting in my car (and seat protection) because I’ve noticed that every time I take my car in for an oil change (5x), the suede steering wheel gets dirty again I’ve had to clean it after oil changes) and now it’s getting really hard to clean without fear of destroying it. I will contact them about the dent this week to see if they can get their dent guy to the dealership to fix this issue. All in all, I’ve been a long time customer even before it was Beaver Chevrolet (Riverside?) I sincerely trust Beaver Chevrolet, and I definitely recommend them because I know that they will make things right. Hopefully when I update my review after contacting them about the dent , my review will stay at 5 stars-and I’ll stay a customer 🥰 More
