The process was very easy. there was not any pressure to buy. Mary Ann Toro was friendly, professional, and sympathetic to my situation (I was buying a car out of need because there was not any pressure to buy. Mary Ann found the vehicle that I wanted and informed me of the dealer incentives. She guided me through the process and we agreed on the price and the vehicle. The financing was very easy. Phil walked me through the process and we had a deal in less than 20 minutes. i didn't have to spend 8 hours going back and forth with sales folks and managers to arrive at a deal. I came in a few hours later, signed the paperwork in about 10 minutes, reviewed the car with Mary Ann and the staff (I needed to get acquainted with the technology updates). I drove the car home from the dealer with confidence that I got a good deal, that service will be handled promptly, and that I can go back to Mary Ann for my next purchase. I give the staff at Bill Ray Nissan a Six stars out of Five. More
