2013 Equinox walked in and out without being heard! 11/27/18 Went in to look at a 13 equinox.. I’m in a difficult but not impossible situation. I filled out a credit app. Before they even ran it, the financial mgr said no.. I explained to the salesman that I have an approval and also know I can get an approval with a financial company they work with. There were certain things I had to do, and tried to explain that to him but he didn’t listen. This place was recommended to me by multiple people. I had cash in hand for deposit. Then They had the nerve call the next day and ask why I didn’t buy... BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LISTEN! More
