So Thankful for Frank Brown! My AC went out, again, in my car on the way into Lubbock. Sammy Lopez in the service department let me know they were backed up, but managed to find a My AC went out, again, in my car on the way into Lubbock. Sammy Lopez in the service department let me know they were backed up, but managed to find a loaner car for me and was able to look at my car the same day. He was amazing and saved what I thought was about to be a long, miserable, and extremely hot day running around. I decided it might be time to upgrade so Sammy got me in touch with Philip Jansen who responded quickly to all of my questions over the phone. I gave him a list of all of my wants and needs and he was able to find an exact match. Every person I came into contact with at Frank Brown were willing to go the extra mile for me to make this a smooth and easy transition for my family. I highly recommend Frank Brown, whether you just need a simple car repair or you're ready for something new. More
