Phil Sheward is amazing!! Phil is one of the main reasons i bought from Ford. I usuallly don’t purchase American made cars but Phil was so patient and kind to help me find my p Phil is one of the main reasons i bought from Ford. Gordon kinder was also very kind through the finance process. Five stars all the way!!! More

Bad Experience after I purchased my vehicle When i purchased my vehicle from the dealership in February i was so glad i finally found my dream car. I now know why i was rushed out and told to ha When i purchased my vehicle from the dealership in February i was so glad i finally found my dream car. I now know why i was rushed out and told to have a good day. (whereas most places take a photo with the new car or thank them for their business until they leave the lot) All Phil was worried about was getting the keys to my trade in and putting my plates on the new vehicle. Didn't offer to help move stuff from one car to the other or anything. At this point, I have been in a rental car more than i have been able to drive my own vehicle. I have emailed, called & inquired online for the manager to call me and not a single person has reached out thus far. My car has been out of commission for 28 days and there was information on the vehicle that was not disclosed to me. More

The staff is genuinely friendly and not the kind to forget about you after you've signed your name on the dotted line. Phil Sheward was AMAZING. He has helped me with an issue I had after purchasing my car and, as the perfectionist he is, sent followup messages informing me of the status of my situation. Dan King was my finance guy and he's such a warm and friendly guy. The thing I liked most about Dan is he went out of his way to find me the best financing deal available to me. He laid everything out in a way that was very easy to understand so I wouldn't leave scratching my head. I urge anyone who is on the market for their first new car to give these guys a shot. You won't regret it. More
