This review was iffy on the star level from my interactions with the sales team. But i ended up at 5 stars from the level of service after the sale from Trigg and his department. At the end of the interactions with the sales team. But i ended up at 5 stars from the level of service after the sale from Trigg and his department. At the end of the day, i got an awesome deal. I bought a truck with 32k miles on it that needed the motor recall completed. This along with the tire replacement took a week to be completed after the sale. The truck was delivered over an hour away and the next day was dead in my driveway. The service team was able to diagnose, repair and return my truck to me within a couple of days. The communication from Trigg and Emily was spot on. Thanks again to their team for making this right! More

Everyone was awesome! I’ll be back to see them for another vehicle. Normally, I don’t like dealing with dealerships cause they take all day. This one did not take all day. I have done both now and working with a human and company that does not play games could beat the on-line only model if done correctly. Think "T" and you will understand what I mean by on-line only.
