Nice but a Couple of Issues We liked our salesman. He was personable and informative. However, we asked for the Car Facts report when we found the car we ultimately would buy. Th We liked our salesman. He was personable and informative. However, we asked for the Car Facts report when we found the car we ultimately would buy. The salesman said it wasn’t a problem and acted like the report was fine. After negotiations were finalized, we were then given the Car Facts report and found out that the car had been in two accidents. It was our fault for not actually getting the report BEFORE negotiations, but it seemed a little sneaky after our initial discussions about the car facts report. Then the financing manager tried to get us to sign the financing paperwork without discussing or negotiations the details of financing. He gave us a rate that was high for our credit score AND comparable rates offered by other banks. He also initially said the rate was 5% but then we found out that the rate was actually 5.45% when we were signing papers. He also acted like we were foolish for not buying various warranties. We got a decent deal on the car but it felt like some business practices were sneaky. More

They picked us up our house had the car sitting in the showroom with a bow on the hood for her. We went in for delivery was a awesome experience everything was ready couldn’t ask for anymore. Then the delivery Jose spent all time explaining the features of the car which there was a lot I would have to say the whole experience was excellent they get a 5 star and 100. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.thank you Ferman Chev you have a customer for life. Thank you 😊 More
