The headrest had some kind of weird dirty head stain, there was a rivet missing in the trunk compartment, and it has a cracked windshield. The dealership is replacing that free of charge. Mo set that up right away. The seat belts and buckles are really filthy and the sides of the seats…it seems like they were I such a hurry they missed. $20,000.00 might not mean a lot to them, but it does to me. It’s also missing a fuse cover which I didn’t notice when I was looking at the car. Wish I had seen that, but I’m going to ask them if they’d order that for me. All in all, the pre-owned sales staff were awesome. This is my 2nd purchase from Ferman Chevrolet. More
