. I've visited 3 times. First 2 times, I walked in, stood waiting to be seen. I had to ask for help. I was trying to decide between a Ford Escape & a Subaru Forester. That made my decision. I had difficulty with the drivers seats. That made my decision to go back to SUBARU. I had been speaking with an Alan a few times on the phone. Very nice gentleman. Last conversation, I changed my time from 12: to 10 a.m. I arrived at 10 and NO Alan. I was told he wasn't coming in till 12. So apparently he wasn't listening to our phone conversation when I changed the time. So a tad disappointed that I was wasting my time and wasn't going to hang around for 2 hours, I was getting ready to leave and a smiling energetic lady rushed up and asked if she could help me: Bret Hollabaugh You know the rest of the story ..... And please tell Bret I'm coming for another pen ??? ??????????? More

Phillip was our sales person and he was the best part of the transaction. Easy going, funny and very relatable. Everyone we met and spoke with were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the cars. I can’t believe it’s taken us this long to buy a Subaru. Don’t go anywhere else if you’re in the market for a new car, especially a Subaru! The dealership itself is warm and inviting. No loud music, not too busy or crowded. Every sales person has their own desk which makes it feel very clean and organized in there. At the back of the lobby they have free coffee, tea, drinks, slushies and snacks. They also have a small kids area to keep them occupied during the experience. We will return the next time we are in the market for a new car!! You have gained a new Subaru fan for life! More
