The service department was very kind and knowledgeable. It did take longer than expected and it was difficult to get accurate updates, but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. They also lost my keys a It did take longer than expected and it was difficult to get accurate updates, but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. They also lost my keys and I was without my car for an additional day and late to work on Monday as a result which was disappointing, but they worked very hard to find them and again, we're very kind throughout the whole process. More
