Once I chose the jeep the process of payments and paperwork went very well with zero complaints. I checked every other Jeep dealer in the Philadelphia/NJ area & no one was able to search for the Jeep I wanted w/the details I need without me coming into the dealership. Kim was understanding w/my concerns & helpful in answering all of my questions & helping me to understand how to compare vehicle stickers & pricing. At no point did I feel pressured at all! There was no "car salesman" approach or hard sell, just the facts via email without making me come into the dealership. I appreciate this so much as spare time is so far & few between! Phil was there to help go over the vehicle & explain the details to me when I went in to sign for it. The whole transaction was warm & friendly, right down to the dog Mudge that greets you when you get there. More
