Days later I stopped in to review options, pr In searching for a great deal on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I called Videon and spoke with Phil Snyder. Days later I stopped in to review options, pricing, and also test drive the Jeep. Phil had great knowledge and understanding of the car, was very personable and sincere, and offered an amazing price. I also spoke with a competing dealership (I am always weary of not finding the best possible price when car shopping), but they could only match the great price Phil offered, they could not beat it. I committed to buying the car from Videon thanks in part to Phil and the information he patiently provided, as well as the great price. The paperwork and finalization of the purchase was quick and simple. The entire Videon team made sure of this. My wife and I had to bring all of our four young children (b/c of our schedules) to the dealership and everyone there made an effort to make them feel at home. Even the owner, Steve Videon, came out to meet and speak with us, and also make sure the kids got to meet his dog. We have purchased several cars from other dealerships, and honestly, we have never had such a pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend this dealership. I will go back their for our next purchase without hesitation. More

No pressure, no "let me go see my manager" tactics and no misinformation. Most importantly they LISTENDED to what my wife and I wanted and then made it work. They didn't try to sway us into buying something we neither wanted or could afford. They treated us with respect and the utmost in professionalism, from Phil and Matt in Sales and Allison on the Finance side. Amazing Experience! After visiting multiple Jeep dealerships in the area and out of state. I found a offer online that I just had to go check out. Just like the offer stated, I got handed that exact price. I was not hassled or tricked into something different. I did tweak a few of the options I wanted, but that was not pushed by anyone. The sales guy Phillip really knew his stuff and I would for sure recommend him to anyone looking for a Chrysler product. Im sure all the sales people are great at this dealer, Phillip was the only one I dealt with so thats the only one I can give an opinion on. The general sales Manger Matt, made sure everything was going well and it was much appreciated. I also communicated with Jim through email and in the beginning of gather thing information. He was also great and quick with answers. The last person I dealt with Marge in finance, she was also a enjoyable part of the process. Overall I would say give this dealership a shot at your next purchase! More

My wife, doing her homework, already knew what we wanted and they were more than happy to present exactly what she had researched. Phil knew his inventory and was very knowledgeable in similar vehicle comparisons. We decided the vehicle was exactly what we wanted only lacking one item, a back up camera. This was no problem because they had a solution, a local vendor who could install it at our convenience. Deal done, no pressure trying to sell us something we didn't want. Paperwork was smooth and hassle free too. Allison took her time and explained accurately and completely everything we were signing. If you're in the market for a vehicle this is the dealership you should see. By the way, the service depth is great too! Special shout out to Joe Biddle, Phil Snyder and Matt Bonhage. More

Both were extremely helpful and we felt like we were getting the best deal available and that all information was up front. Nothing hidden, nothing shady, just quick and painless. They were very honest and left us with a great feeling when we left the dealership. Most of our experiences have ended with us feeling as if someone got over on us (even if there was just a little bit of that feeling) but in no way did we feel like that at Videon. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and we will be back! More
