Fast, Friendly and Efficient. I got there and they immediately took my Jeep, put it in line and got it serviced. Did not even need a phone call. The service manager came outside and handed me the wo immediately took my Jeep, put it in line and got it serviced. Did not even need a phone call. The service shop is a complete scam. This dealership is the WORST!!!!! I had my car thoroughly checked before I took it in to get an oil change. Not only did they upsell me to their most expensive option the WORST!!!!! I had my car thoroughly checked before I took it in to get an oil change. Not only did they upsell me to their most expensive option, my car actually came out with a nail in the sidewalk!!! My car is AWD so of course they quoted me 2 tires. Just a little bit over $300. Unbelievable!! Stay far away from the service shop whatever you do!!!!! More

When I took my Ford truck in for recall work I was told their shuttle would take me home in 30 mins. After patiently waiting for 45 mins I approached the service writer on the shuttle service. He got clear their shuttle would take me home in 30 mins. After patiently waiting for 45 mins I approached the service writer on the shuttle service. He got clearly upset st me for my reasonable inquiry. While waiting in the lounge an elderly lady to me she experienced the same unprofessional experience. I ended up taking Uber. I don't have a problem waiting but I do have a problem with lack of reasonable respect. Would never return there. Told my hospital colleagues about my dealer experience. Many had similar stories. Stay away from this place. More
