Unfortunately my experience at this dealership was horrendous. I have had a number of good and some bad experiences at car dealerships, however this was by far my worst experience to date. To start, I went through this process by myself and felt as though I was taken advantage of and treated poorly, especially by the General Manager, Mr. Nuon, who was so unprofessional and dismissive of any questions or concerns I wanted addressed about the vehicle I was looking at. He was rude, interrupted me when I spoke, dismissed my concerns and at one point interrupted me and said, “I’m talking.” After that, I ignored him and continued on with my salesman. After purchasing the vehicle, I received the vehicle which was not detailed on the exterior as promised, and also came with gurgling noises when the heat was turned on. After 8 days, I returned the vehicle for the service department to diagnose a major issue that should have been resolved before anyone purchased this vehicle. The service department has been a pleasure to work with and I truly value their professionalism and kindness. As a woman, I felt as though my questions and concerns were completely ignored and I was made to feel like a fool during the transaction of this vehicle. Truly, the worst experience I’ve ever gone through at a dealership. More
