I had room to ask questions and talk things through, and I never felt pushed. James Golden is the person I always go to when I’m buying a car. He knows me and understands what I’m looking for. I see him when I come in for service, and he always remembers my name, even with my Greek last name. Monica Paz takes care of me at my service appointments. She walks me through every detail and follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Lenny Goldwasser always greets me with a smile and finds a way to help. This was my first time working with Earl Ko in Finance, and he made that final part of the process easy. I told him I didn’t want extra products or charges that hadn’t been explained to me from the beginning. He understood, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable. I also want to thank Bel Richiez. She wasn’t part of the negotiation; she just happened to be there at the right moment. I was looking at the SUV and thinking it over when she complimented it. Her upbeat energy lifted my mood and brought back the excitement I felt about the car. I’ve loved her enthusiasm since the first time I met her. Even when a visit takes a few hours, the atmosphere makes it pleasant. I was able to get work done in the café area, and the coffee was good and the Wi-Fi was super fast. For me, the difference is that I don’t just go there to buy or service a car. I look forward to seeing this team.
