Great Service! I leased a Lexus rx 450h in April, 2016 after initially contacting Glauco Pergolizzi with the dealership. He listened to the details of my vehicle pr I leased a Lexus rx 450h in April, 2016 after initially contacting Glauco Pergolizzi with the dealership. He listened to the details of my vehicle preference, lifestyle and about the trade-in I was offering and we then arranged an appointment to meet in person. I was taken for a test drive in a vehicle that was just right and the dealership worked with me on several trade-in/financing options. I have since been very pleased with the service department. They offer an online appointment system, are courteous and listen to any specific items I'd like them to check during service and provide an inviting waiting room. I will definitely continue to recommend Glauco and the dealership to friends and family interested in a quality vehicle and service. More

Amazing Service! We purchased our LX470 at the Oxnard, CA dealership and it was serviced with such caring hands by Phuong Pham that upon Phuong's move to Santa Barbara We purchased our LX470 at the Oxnard, CA dealership and it was serviced with such caring hands by Phuong Pham that upon Phuong's move to Santa Barbara - we did likewise and were rewarded with the absolute best service we have ever received at any dealership. Over the years, we had previously used (Jaguar/Ford Mustang/Mercedes Benz/Cadillac/Acura/ and now Lexus dealership service). Our immediate family have all become permanent Lexus car owners - because of the Lexus service. I should point out that Phuong, and I might also mention Edward Simeon, are the reasons for our remaining loyal Lexus customers. They are so good at their service knowledge and personalized customer care that we are afraid they may be eventually promoted to a management position - outside of Santa Barbara. Both are deserving of special recognition by management. More

Fast, easy and efficient! Phuong Pham is always very helpful & does exactly what he says. Great service! I was disappointed with the lady that checked me out when I paid my Phuong Pham is always very helpful & does exactly what he says. Great service! I was disappointed with the lady that checked me out when I paid my bill. She was visiting with another customer discussing recipes. She saw me walk in & go up to the counter and continued to visit with the customer who was sitting in the waiting area. After about 5 minutes (it didn't appear that that she was going to be stopping any time soon) so I ask a gentleman in parts if he or someone could help me. He looked up and saw she was visiting and told her I was was waiting to pay for my car etc. she turned and looked at me, then turned back and continued to discuss recipes with the other customer. Finally another young man came over and started to help me and that's when she came over and said "sorry" and took over. I still gave my service a 5 star, because of Phuong and I didn't want it to effect him. He is always professional and helpful. More
