Fast, easy and efficient! Phuong Pham is always very helpful & does exactly what he says. Great service! I was disappointed with the lady that checked me out when I paid my Phuong Pham is always very helpful & does exactly what he says. Great service! I was disappointed with the lady that checked me out when I paid my bill. She was visiting with another customer discussing recipes. She saw me walk in & go up to the counter and continued to visit with the customer who was sitting in the waiting area. After about 5 minutes (it didn't appear that that she was going to be stopping any time soon) so I ask a gentleman in parts if he or someone could help me. He looked up and saw she was visiting and told her I was was waiting to pay for my car etc. she turned and looked at me, then turned back and continued to discuss recipes with the other customer. Finally another young man came over and started to help me and that's when she came over and said "sorry" and took over. I still gave my service a 5 star, because of Phuong and I didn't want it to effect him. He is always professional and helpful. More

Amazing Service and People !! I was so happy with the level of service I received from the people at Lexus of Santa Barbara. Michael Lampkin was the primary person helping me and I was so happy with the level of service I received from the people at Lexus of Santa Barbara. Michael Lampkin was the primary person helping me and I have never felt more taken care of. Phuong was extremely helpful. Explained that they would need to keep my car for at least a couple days but that it was covered under warranty. Although Lexus has a reputable product, Glauco, the salesman, along with his manager, patiently and thoroughly answered every question as to car I purchased as well as the car I traded in without dram salesman, along with his manager, patiently and thoroughly answered every question as to car I purchased as well as the car I traded in without drama, providing multiple options for me to consider, putting me at ease with intelligence and humor. The knowledgeable financial guy had everything prepared as soon as I sat at his desk, efficiently guiding me through the paperwork and quickly had me on my way in my new car. Phoung, the service advisor, provided me with a car while he had a speaker replaced and applied the xzilon protectant. Finally he paired my phone with the car through Bluetooth, enabling me to wirelessly speak on and listen to music on my phone. He sat with me and answered every question thoroughly and kindly, encouraging me to contact him with any concerns that should arise. Perfect! More
