Although Lexus has a reputable product, Glauco, the salesman, along with his manager, patiently and thoroughly answered every question as to car I purchased as well as the car I traded in without dram salesman, along with his manager, patiently and thoroughly answered every question as to car I purchased as well as the car I traded in without drama, providing multiple options for me to consider, putting me at ease with intelligence and humor. The knowledgeable financial guy had everything prepared as soon as I sat at his desk, efficiently guiding me through the paperwork and quickly had me on my way in my new car. Phoung, the service advisor, provided me with a car while he had a speaker replaced and applied the xzilon protectant. Finally he paired my phone with the car through Bluetooth, enabling me to wirelessly speak on and listen to music on my phone. He sat with me and answered every question thoroughly and kindly, encouraging me to contact him with any concerns that should arise. Perfect! More
