We had the worst experience at Audi Great Neck’s used car facility. After agreeing upon a price, and being told that this dealership does not charge extra fees, the manager added a $1975 extra “delivery/ veh facility. Grace was great! But the used Audi dealer I brought the car from was a nightmare. I bought car May 2023 and immediately had issues with the car. My car took months to get fixed and that’s only because I bought the warranty. My question is what people that don’t, are they on the hook for the cost of fixing a new car purchased. I have bought many cars throughout my life. But working with Pierre was the smoothest experience I ever had. Originally I ordered my Q5 in October and was told it would take 5 to 6 months, bu But working with Pierre was the smoothest experience I ever had. I was able to get my vehicle the first week of December. Pierre took care of everything for me and there was no pressure anytime during the process. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. If you need an Audi I would recommend going to Great Neck. More
