Pierre Saliba was very pleasant and made an offer that was too good to walk away from. We kept waiting for the high pressure "sales talk" and the hidden add-ons, but there weren't any. Pierre patiently stayed after hours while we grilled him with questions looking for any tricks. (We have had many bad experiences working with dealers in the past.) When we came to finalize the deal, we worked with Renel who is very good-natured and funny. We kept waiting for him to add in extra costs or pressure us about car warranties - he didn't. He told us what was available and asked what we would like to do. We completed the deal in less than 20 minutes - with no unpleasant surprises! Literally - a first for us.
